Time limit for return and exchange

  • Return and exchange without reason: You can apply for return or exchange within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product (subject to the logistics receipt time).
  • Return and exchange due to quality issues: Please contact customer service within 48 hours after receipt and provide clear and valid certificates (such as photos/videos, etc.).



Return and exchange conditions

a. The products to be returned must meet all the following conditions:

  • Keep in a brand new and unused state (such as earplugs not installed, headphone headband without creases);
  • Retain the original packaging, labels, accessories and gifts;
  • No stains, scratches or man-made damage, which does not affect secondary sales.


b. If any of the following conditions are met, you can apply for free return and exchange:

  • The product has obvious damage or functional failure (such as failure to turn on, pairing failure);
  • The actual received product is different from the order (such as wrong model or color);
  • There are obvious workmanship defects (such as cracking, degumming, etc.).


c. Returns and exchanges are not supported in the following cases:

  • Exceeding the return and exchange period (returns and exchanges without reason for more than 30 days, and quality issues are not reported for more than 48 hours);
  • The product has obvious signs of use (such as sweat stains or indentations on the earbuds and headphones);
  • The product is not purchased through Funcerebrum.com;
  • Frequent returns and exchanges or subjective reasons (such as slight color differences) are judged as abuse and may limit service permissions.



Return and Exchange Process

1. Submit an application

  • Log in to the Funcerebrum official website account and enter "My Orders";
  • Find the order to be returned and click "Apply for Return/Exchange";
  • Fill in the reason for return and exchange, and upload relevant evidence (such as photos or videos of quality issues);
  • Wait for customer service review, and it is expected to reply within 1-2 working days.


2. Return of goods

  • After the review is passed, we will send the return address and operating instructions by email;
  • Please use a trackable courier service and keep the waybill number;
  • The goods must be properly packaged (it is recommended to use the original packaging), and damage caused by improper packaging will not be accepted.


3. Refund/Exchange Processing

  • Refund processing: After receiving the returned goods and checking them, the original payment account will be returned within 3-5 working days;
  • Exchange processing: If the inventory is sufficient, the same product will be sent first; if it is out of stock, you can choose to replace it with other products or refund;
  • The processing progress will be notified by email, and the processing time may be delayed due to inventory conditions.



Shipping fee description

The shipping fee for returns due to product quality and other reasons will be borne by Funcerebrum.com. If you personally do not like or do not want the return, you will be responsible for it.



Special reminder

Retention of vouchers: Please provide clear pictures/videos for quality problems, and take photos to keep the packaging status before sending it back.

Anti-lost measures: Be sure to use trackable express; if the package is lost, please contact the express company to handle it. If the waybill number is not provided and it cannot be traced, the buyer shall bear the responsibility.

Abuse handling: If multiple unreasoned returns and malicious refusal are found, Funcerebrum has the right to suspend the return service of the account.



Disclaimer

Returns and exchanges are not supported in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged by human factors (such as water ingress, drop, or forceful disassembly);
  • Unauthorized repair or modification of the product;
  • Damage caused by failure to use the product correctly according to the product instructions;
  • Unauthorized return of the product without application through normal procedures or approval.
