Orders less than $99: Flat shipping fee of $6.98

Delivery Time
Standard delivery time: Most areas are expected to be delivered in 7-15 working days
Order processing time: Delivery within 1-3 working days after payment is confirmed (working days are Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays)
Order Tracking
Log in to your account and go to "My Orders" to check the delivery status;
After delivery, the system will automatically send an email with a tracking number to your registered email address;
You can enter the tracking number through the carrier's official website to obtain real-time logistics updates.
Please make sure that the registered email address is filled in correctly and pay attention to checking emails (including spam folders).
Signing and Receiving Instructions
Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is accurate;
Package delivery requires someone to sign on site; if delivery fails due to no one signing, the courier may try to deliver again or return the package.
Abnormal Problem Feedback
If you encounter the following problems, please contact customer service within 48 hours after signing:
- Damaged package
- Item shortage or wrong delivery
Please provide the order number and on-site photos/videos and other credentials so that we can handle it in time.

If you choose to send the package to a third-party address such as a transshipment warehouse or collection point, Funcerebrum.com does not bear the risk of loss, damage, etc.; using such services is deemed to be your voluntary assumption of relevant responsibilities;
If the logistics status shows "delivered", but the package is subsequently reported to be lost or damaged, we will not refund or reissue it, please be sure to sign properly.
About Delays
Holidays, promotions or force majeure (such as natural disasters, customs delays, etc.) may cause extended order processing and delivery time.
