Warranty & Terms of Sale
The Limited Warranty Period for electronic devices purchased on this website is twelve (12) months from the date of purchase of the product, unless otherwise specified for a specific product.
The Limited Warranty applies only to the original consumer/purchaser of the product and is not assignable or transferable to any subsequent purchaser/end-user.
During the Limited Warranty Period, Funcerebrum will attempt to repair any defective product or part thereof using a new or factory refurbished replacement part and return the product to the consumer in working order. The consumer shall not be charged for any parts or labor required for the repair of the product. All repaired or replaced items, parts, circuit boards or devices become the property of Funcerebrum. Housings and other external parts are not covered under the terms of this Limited Warranty.
Repaired or replaced products are warranted only for the remainder of the original warranty period.
Upon Funcerebrum's request, you must provide the purchase receipt and warranty card as proof of purchase.
All shipping, handling and delivery charges for warranty products are the responsibility of the customer, including return of the product and delivery after the repair is completed.
Situations not covered by the warranty
The following situations will result in the product no longer enjoying the warranty benefits:
- Failure or damage caused by misuse, accident, liquid/sand intrusion, overuse, improper storage, falling, physical or electrical damage, etc.
- Purely cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, cracks on the shell
- Problems caused by using non-original accessories or unauthorized third-party devices
- Serial number is missing, damaged or altered
- Normal wear, such as natural decay of battery capacity
- Damage caused by natural disasters or external reasons, such as lightning, floods, fires, storms, accidental impacts, power anomalies, power surges, etc.
- Problems caused by non-hardware failures such as software updates, viruses or signal interference
Battery warranty exclusions
Battery products will not provide warranty service in the following situations:
- Use of non-original authorized chargers
- Battery seal is broken, there are signs of disassembly or human damage
- The battery is used for non-designated equipment
Funcerebrum is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during product repairs. It is recommended that you back up important data before submitting a repair application.

Warranty application process
- Please contact us through the customer service email first, explain the product problem and submit a warranty application.
- After review, please send the product to the designated address and bear the round-trip logistics costs.
- After receiving the product, we will complete the inspection within 3-7 working days and arrange repairs or replacements within a maximum of 14 working days.
- Some special products may take 30-45 days to process
- If the product does not meet the warranty conditions, we will notify you in advance and inform you of the estimated repair costs.
Funcerebrum reserves the final right of interpretation and acceptance of warranty applications.
Order cancellation and return
Orders can be canceled by email before the goods are shipped. After the goods are shipped, if you need to cancel, you must follow the normal return process and the shipping fee will not be refunded.
All orders during the promotion period are considered final transactions and do not support cancellation or exchange.
Funcerebrum and its authorized service agencies assume no additional obligations for any liability not expressly covered by this warranty policy.
