When you place an order and check out, the system only saves data related to order processing (such as address, payment information) to complete the transaction and provide after-sales support. Your privacy and data security are always our top priority.


What devices does Funcerebrum products support?

Our products are widely compatible with Apple iOS and Android devices with the latest operating systems.

Some products have built-in Funcerebrum's exclusive chip, which can achieve plug-and-play compatibility with iOS/Android systems.


What is the warranty policy?

All Funcerebrum products come with a 12-month limited hardware warranty (from the date of purchase), except for any exceptions that will be clearly stated on the product details page. The warranty covers functional failures not caused by human factors.


When will my order be shipped?

We usually ship within 1–3 business days after the order is confirmed. In case of peak or special circumstances, the shipment may be slightly delayed. If it is not shipped beyond the expected time, please contact us through customer service and we will verify and handle it for you as soon as possible.


Can my order be canceled?

If the order has not been shipped after submission, you can contact online customer service to assist in cancellation or modification. The address cannot be modified or cancelled for shipped orders. Please apply for a return after receiving the package.


What are the conditions for free shipping?

If the value of the product you ordered is $99 or more, you can enjoy free shipping. If the value of the product you ordered is less than $99, you will need to pay a shipping fee of $6.98.


What are the payment methods?

We currently support Visa and Mastercard credit card payments, and will support more payment methods in the future, so stay tuned.


What should I do if the received goods have quality problems?

We are deeply sorry for this! Please take a photo and contact customer support within 48 hours after receiving the package, and customer service will provide you with return and exchange services. If it is confirmed to be a product quality problem, we will bear the round-trip shipping costs.


What should I do if the package is lost?

If the package has an abnormality during transportation (such as no update of logistics status for a long time, exceeding the estimated delivery time), please contact the customer service team as soon as possible. We will coordinate with the logistics party and assist you in handling compensation matters if necessary.
